How does the free trial work?

All Twitalyzer paid accounts start with a free trial during which time you will not be charged. You can cancel at any point during this trial by clicking the "Account Settings" link under Administration.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Twitalyzer is a month-to-month service that you can cancel at anytime without reason simply by clicking the "Account Settings" link under Administration.

What are my payment options?

You can pay for Twitalyzer using all major credit cards and Paypal. We also have an annual invoice option for companies who cannot create Paypal subscriptions.

Do you provide discounts to nonprofits?

Yes! If you are a non-profit, educational, or government institution we have a very generous discounting program to get you started.

Do I have to pay to use Twitalyzer?

No. Twitalyzer provides our three most popular reports at no charge to everyone. Simply sign in with Twitter to get started.

How many accounts can I track?
